LycoRed Acquires H. Reisman
LycoRed, Beer Sheva, Israel, has ac­quired the assets and business of H. Reisman Corporation, Orange, NJ, which is a subsidiary of Pharmachem Laboratories Ltd., Kearny, NJ. The addition of H. Reisman’s natural caro­tenoid product range provides synergy and expands LycoRed’s position in the market. Furthermore, this strategic move bolsters LycoRed’s European and North American expansion in premix technologies, allowing the company to offer a “complete ser­vice package.” Pharmachem and LycoRed have been successful business partners for the last decade and they will continue to work in close cooperation following the H. Reisman acquisition.
